WHO IS CARING FOR YOUR CHILD
Supervisor - Lene Darracott
Mrs Darracott has over 35 years of experience in pre-school education and has been at Benenden Pre-school for 22 years, originally joining as Deputy Supervisor during her daughter’s second year with us, then taking over as Supervisor in 1995. She has numerous qualifications including a Level 3 in Childcare and Education. Mrs Darracott is originally from Denmark and sometimes entertains the children with Danish songs. She has two grown-up children and lives with her husband Rob in Cranbrook.

Deputy Supervisor - Lucy Whitestone
We are very lucky to have Lucy on our staff, as she is a fully qualified school teacher. Her other qualifications include a Level 3 in Childcare and Education and she has several years of pre-school experience, as well as being a mother to 3 children.

Assistant - Kate Butler
Kate has recently achieved her Level 2 qualification in Childcare and Education. She has been with us for almost 2 years and, as well as working for the pre-school she also finds time to raise 2 children.

Assistant - Fiona Brothers
Fiona is another one of our mums, who has been helping at the pre-school one day a week. Fiona has recently joined the staff and has now started her Level 2 qualification. We wish her the best of luck with her studies.
